TmpMail is a temporary email service for personal and legitimate use: software testing, website registrations, avoiding spam. It is strictly prohibited to use this service to send or receive illegal content, perform mass spam, or impersonate others.
//No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, delivery speed, or message retention. Do not use TmpMail for critical, confidential, or legally significant communications.
//Limitation of liability
TmpMail is not liable for data loss, undelivered emails, service interruptions, or any damages of any kind arising from the use of the service.
//Intellectual property
The TmpMail name, visual design, and source code are the property of TmpMailio. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is not permitted without express authorization. Email addresses generated and messages received are not the property of TmpMailio and are permanently deleted upon expiry.
//Service modifications
TmpMail may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time and without prior notice. We will not be liable to users or third parties for any modification, suspension, or interruption of the service.
//Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Any dispute arising from the use of the service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless applicable law in the user's country mandates a different jurisdiction.
